Hey...Long time i guess :) Anyways i'm talking about the sea front today...I've had experiences only by Kuwait sea front .
View:
There's this infinitely seeming ,finite lane where people take a Warm-Up or just a stroll...A series of eat-outs like "KFC","Ruby Tuesday","popcorn stalls", "Baskin Robbins"etc midway so that eitherways people would run into them and end up treating themselves....So on this lane there are 3-seater benches...Sitting on any of these benches : To the left i get a clear view of the Sparkling Aesthetic Kuwait towers....Anywhere to the right you can see the Illuminated City...You just wont believe the first time you see it, that You're in a DESERT :)....
A Regulars view:
Most of us ,when we stare out at the sea..we look for the high/low tides....A few of us we look for the point where the skies and waters meet but dont happen to find it at all :-/... Some of us count flocks of white birds gliding about. Some of us look out for a peace/piece of mind...where staring at those unpredicatable waves sets us to some deeper thinking and we're finally lost ...Nights we're busy admiring the moon or counting stars or looking out for unique celestial bodies up there...
The tender cool breeze of the early mornings and dusk is a brilliant feel. The sun rise and sunset by the sea is An Elegant Truth of Nature's portrayal....
Yeah its been the "most visited place" on my list:) I usually pick up a regular scoop from Baskin Robbins ..find my self an empty bench ..Some good music running in my ears...Sometimes Introspection. running in my mind... and have a good time.....
For those of you who feel that the sea front is boring...Its a fantastic place for introspection and please do try out some meditation there...there can be no better feeling at that point of time!!
Okay my next blog will take sometime so Adieu until then.......:):):)
first again:)
ReplyDeletegood work as usual.
i have always felt a sense of fascination while looking at the sea. time kinda seems to stop.
i've seen plenty of seafronts, our good old marina beach, a nice stony bluff in incheon korea, singapore etc. the best view was in appolo bay, australia where the great ocean road just seems to plunge into the southern ocean. (the bmw i was in addded to the dreamy scene. sigh...)
btw did you know that there is a place called mumbles in wales where the seafront broadwalk is one mile long, and the stretch has like 10 pubs? Thats supposed to be a record (i suppose they have not counted the number of tasmacs in kodambakkam road, sidapet).
back to topic, nemo does an awesome job of describing her favourite place to ppl who most probably haven't been there. keep it up
cheers
